The Carnation Neighborhood is between 7th and Central avenues from Indian School Road to the Grand Canal (with an inset of the Yaple Park historic neighborhood from 7th to 3rd Avenue just south of the canal).

Neighbors work together to enhance safety and develop neighbor relationships. There are no dues to be involved in the Carnation Association of Neighbors, and participation is voluntary.

 

Primary funding is from the City of Phoenix's Neighborhood Block Watch Grant program, with additional funds coming from neighbor donations and other occasional grants.
