Barrus Investments has proposed three three-story units on the northwest corner of 2nd Drive and Monterosa Street.
More than a dozen neighbors met with the developer on July 20.
The developer brought in new architectural renderings to share. They will revise their request on setbacks so that the units are not as close to neighbos to the north. Also, they committed to revising Unit 3 for a better sightline for the corner.
They also committed to planting trees along the back (north) of the units for additional privacy.
