Provide your feedback to the Carnation Association of Neighbors by filling out this survey on important changes you would like to see in the proposal. Then email nick.klimek@phoenix.gov or call 602-534-7696 to provide your thoughts directly to the city planners. It's been several months since the updated plan was provided to zoning, so a hearing could be scheduled at any time.
