The Carnation Association of Neighbors has purchased solar alley lights in an effort to better illuminate our dark alleyways and decrease our reliance on APS. We have 26 to hand out at this time on a first-come, first-served basis. The sign-up sheet is below.

If you don't get a light immediately, don't worry; we'll purchase some with the next round of Neighborhood Block Watch Grant funds so will have more soon.

We are still working through mounting solutions for different types of fencing, so please let us know in the form below if you're willing to help with that.

Note: Though these lights will be mounted on your property and you will be tasked with maintenance, they will be property of the city of Phoenix since they were purchased with grant funds.
