Townhome development update

Please see a letter below from the developer of a proposed townhome development at 4321 N. Central Ave., which is north of the Steele Indian School Park entry on Central Avenue and Glenrosa and south of Central High School. The proposed development is a community of 73 single-family attached townhomes that would front along Central Avenue and would be three stories tall.
